Process of Daily Plastic Injection Mold

As we are the ISO9001:2015 certificated factory for custom plastic injection molds and molding parts, so normally we need to get the sample or 2D/3D part drawings from our customers for quoting, after our customers place the order, we need the final part drawing for mold design, then we will following the next step for mold desgin and manufacturing.

INJECTION MOLD DESIGN

When starting the project, we will set up a team for this project, the team will set up production shedule, dew up the design and manufacturing solutions, helping our customers to optimize their part designs, sending mold drawings for customers' confirmation, doing mold flow analysis and listing the mold materials for purchasing.

INJECTION MOLD MANUFACTURING AND PROCESSING

After the materials are arrived, we will inspect the materials carefully to make sure they are fully meet the production requirements,then we will dealing the materials for many process, such as rough cutting,heat treatment,grinding, precision CNC machining, EDM,surface polishing, wire cutting, mold fitting, stress relief nitriding treatment, etc.

INJECTION MOLD TRAIL AND DELIVERY

After the we finish the mold production and assembling the mold, we will arrange to do the mold trail, we will check and choose the right injection machine and plastic material for the trail, after the trail ,we will check the surface and dimensions of the samples, if the samples are meet our customers requirements, we will send samples for them for confirmation, if there's some issues, we will modify the mold or adjust the mold trail parameters to do mold trail again, we will adjust the mold to be fully matched our customers' requirements, then we will contact the forwarders to send the molds to our customers.
